A restart of college network services caused a temporary outage of the WebBoard and Chemeketa Online servers during the mid part of Saturday. Restarting the IIS web server at 4:10 PM brought these sites back online. Campus Edition (Elearn) and the NewTerra Faculty site were not affected.

Several sites that rely on the Newterra server are unavailable this morning (3-22) while disk maintenance is being run. The machine was restarted at 4:45 a.m. The affected sites include Chemeketa Online, Faculty web sites, Computer Lab home page, and Newterra WebBoard. This is in an attempt to remedy some browsing anomalies with the current configuration. [RESOLUTION] All servers were restored around 5:20 a.m.

From 3:00 a.m. until 6:20 a.m. Wednesday morning, Mar. 14, WebBoard and the Online server were not responding. This may have been due to an automatic update which caused the Newterra web server component to stop responding. A reset of Internet Information Services brought it back to life.
