Global Distribution Systems
Surveys travel agency computer reservation systems (CRS)- APOLLO (United), SABRE (American), WORLDSPAN (PARS & DATAS II). Includes use of reservation system simulations to identify flights, auto rentals, lodging and associated travel information. Emphasis will be placed on solving practical problems that travel agents encounter in the workplace.
