Introduction to Constitutional Law
Presents an intensive study and analysis of the U.S. Constitution and court decisions that interpret the Constitution. Studies court decisions that determine the admissibility of evidence in criminal cases and affect police procedures. Considers the criminal procedure process with an emphasis on the role of law enforcement in this process.
