Introduction to the Internet/WWW This is an introductory course covering the use and history of the global computer network known as the Internet or information superhighway. Throughout this course, students will have the opportunity to explore the philosophy of the Internet, as well as use tools for research, communication, and entertainment. Students will also develop and publish a simple web page on the world wide web.
Prerequisite: CS101 or CIS120, or consent of instructor.
