Course Description: An introduction to the "C++" programming language for non-programmers. The student will learn the structure of the language, the manipulation of data and arrays, and how to handle input and output functions.
Performance Based Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of the course, students should be able to:
  1. Manipulate data using "C++" language.
  2. Access information in files.
  3. Print reports using either data entered at a terminal or extracted from a file.
